Store Policies

• Payment must be received between 3 days of the end of the transaction, if payment is not online (paypal), information by email on payment must be received in the same period of time.

• Please note that express or priority mail only applies to the transit time, it does not rush your order.

• International orders over $25.00 will require insurance.

• Any color abnormalities or variations, unless otherwise stated, are due to photo flash.

• We accept the following type of payments:

  1. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMEX.
  2. Paypal
  3. Money Orders
  4. Cashier’s Check
  5. Personal Check (we will hold until it clears, between 10 to 12 working days)

We guaranteed our products for a full refund up to 5 days after customer receives the item(s) if the item it is not exactly as described and pictured, shipping charges are non refundable.

• Items described as Irregulars are final sales, AS IS, no refunds or returns.

 

Refunds

  • Any refund(s) are only for the amount of purchase minus 15% for restocking fee
  • shipping charges either back or forth are not refundable.
  • Returned item(s) must be in the exact same conditions, any damages or any kind of alteration to the product have to be notify and agreed upon by us before return is made.
